QF Q Force Canada is currently looking for a Site Supervisor for our client based out of North York.

Location: North York

Job Type: Full Time.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

We are seeking a construction manager who exhibits the following qualities:

• Able to handle fast work pace and tight deadlines

• Problem solver and multi tasker

• Good attention to details

• Fiscally prudent


Responsibilities and Duties

Duties including but not limited to the following:

• Communicate and coordinate subcontractors on site
.
• Vet and select sub-trades.

• Work closely with trades to deliver quality work on schedule

• Abilities to create digital reports (Purchase Orders, RFP’s, Material Selection Sheets, etc.)

• Elaborate Scopes of Work and prepare project estimates.

• Supervise and perform daily quality control routines

• Validate quotes and invoice provided by subcontractors and suppliers

• Perform or order material runs if required.

Qualifications and Skills:


Required experience:
• 2 years in the Construction industry

• Experience Managing Construction Crews

• Thorough Knowledge of OBC.

• Skilled Trade Background preferably (Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Framing, etc.)

• Spanish Speaking considered an asset
