QF QForce Canada is currently looking for a construction project coordinator for our client based out of the GTA.

Location: GTA

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

We are seeking a construction project coordinator who exhibits the following qualities:

• Effective communicator both written and verbal

•Able to handle fast work pace and tight deadlines


•Problem solver and multi tasker


•Good attention to details


•Fiscally prudent

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Communicate and coordinate subcontractors on site.

•Vet and select sub-trades.

•Work closely with trades to deliver quality work on schedule

• Abilities to create digital reports (Purchase Orders, RFP’s, Material Selection Sheets, etc.).

•Elaborate Scopes of Work and prepare project estimates.

• Supervise and perform daily quality control routines

• Validate quotes and invoice provided by subcontractors and suppliers

• Perform or order material runs if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

•2 years in the Construction industry.

•Experience Managing Construction Crews

•Basic Knowledge of OBC
