Qforce will implement working interviews to recruit into temporary positions. A working interview is a valuable tool that works as a 'trial run'. It offers employers a glimpse into the candidate's skills and personality, while also allowing the candidate to experience the ground reality of the job. The working interview will be a formal, documented process that adheres to applicable labor laws and protects the interests of the candidate.
